Welcome to Bio Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bio Labs mobile game and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bio Labs. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or send harmful or offensive content to other players through in-app messaging.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, or otherwise interfere with the game or other players.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Access, tamper with, or disrupt our servers or networks.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual items and purchases

Bio Labs includes virtual coins and items, and optional in-app purchases to unlock certain animals. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you (not sold), and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Educational content

Bio Labs is an educational game. While we aim for its biology content to be accurate and engaging, the App is provided for entertainment and general learning only and is not a substitute for professional, scientific or medical advice.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, audio and code, is owned by Bio Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.

7. User content

You retain ownership of the messages and content you create. By sending content through the App, you grant us the limited right to store and transmit it as needed to operate the messaging feature. You are responsible for the content you share.

8. Availability & changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress or profits, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
