This Privacy Policy explains how Bio Labs ("Bio Labs", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our mobile game and related services (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and only collecting what we genuinely need to run the game.
The short version: We collect your name, email, a user ID and your in-app messages — only to make the game work. We never sell or share your data with third parties, all data is encrypted in transit, and you can request full deletion at any time.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, all of which are used solely for App functionality and are linked to your account. None of it is used for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.

| Purchase history | Records of in-app purchases so we can restore and honour what you've unlocked. |
Payment and financial information is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card details.
2. How we use your information
- To operate, maintain and provide the features of the App.
- To save and sync your game progress across sessions.
- To deliver in-app messages between players.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate important service updates.
- To keep the App secure and prevent abuse or fraud.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your data may only be processed by trusted infrastructure providers who host the App on our behalf, strictly to deliver the service, and by Google Play for purchase processing. In-app messages you choose to send are visible to the recipient you send them to.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and our service.
4. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data from our active systems (see below), except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights & deleting your data
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, follow the steps on our Account Deletion page or email us at [email protected].
7. Children's privacy
Bio Labs is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International users
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Wherever your data is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
